News: 22 June 2008 The USA fund raising tour was a success! Not only did we exceed our goal of $20,000, but we expanded our network and added powerful new collaborators to the team! Big thanks to all who have contributed. While Betsy finished things up in the USA, Christopher, the Alpha Team, and our first visiting artists rocked the streets of Calvi in the San Pancrazio festivities. Nun’s Blog entry on this coming soon! In fact, the Art Monastery’s participation in San Pancrazio has ever progressed our position in Calvi and our relationship with the locals, the Mayor, and his Council are ever-improving. Meanwhile, we have moved from the Casa del Popolo to a luxurious agriturismo called the Santa Brigida. Not only should you check out this slideshow of our new digs, but you should come to visit us! We will be running workshops and seminars in the Santa Brigida in the coming weeks. Also, by the way, United Airlines is having a shockingly good summer sale for flights to Europe from the USA-- but you have to book by this Friday.
