Partial List For a Medicine Bundle For the World

Texture.

Tension.

Brilliance.

Release.

Descent.

Floating.

Weight.

Return.

Imagination.

Compassion.

(Same thing.)

A willingness to feel.

To effort for an imagined compassion.

Salvias for drought.

Evergreens for winter.

Sunflowers for the mice.

Rhubarb.

Wild water.

A changing sky.

Earth that literally birthed us

in union with plants.

(A long light touch.)

Artemisias for everything human:

to smell rain from far off,

to hear plants whispering & singing,

to see the joy of rocks & minerals

to heed dreams of fish,

to know the gone-beyond relations,

to have a wish to heal.

Stillness in the body

so that dance becomes apparent.

Silence in the busy mind of sapiens

so that teaching & learning occur.
