About the session
- How to honor your unique creative voice as the most precious instrument you possess. This foundational shift helps dissolve the fear of not being "good enough" and opens the door to authentic self-expression.
- Why detachment from outcomes creates freedom in your creative practice. Understanding this principle allows you to share your work without taking responsibility for others' responses, releasing a major block to putting your art into the world.
- How to use sound, meditation, and nature as portals to connect with creative guidance beyond your inner critic. These practices help you access dimensions of yourself where inspiration flows freely and judgment dissolves.
- The concept of "human becomings" rather than "beings" in your creative journey. This perspective invites kindness toward your evolving expression and removes the pressure of needing to arrive at a fixed destination.
- How cultivating and exposing your work creates an evolutionary dance of growth. This rhythm of inner development and outer sharing strengthens your confidence and refines your authentic voice through real-world feedback.
Laura will take you on an immersive sound journey using her rare instruments, inviting you to meet an unexpressed part of yourself—perhaps discovering the artist within you that's been waiting to emerge. This meditative experience takes you beyond linear time into "spirit time," where music becomes a storyteller revealing guidance, messages, or characters you need to encounter on your creative path.
Be sure to pop into the community space on Mighty — Laura will be there to answer questions and would love to hear about your experience of the sound journey!
