About the session
- How to shift from creating for external validation to authentic self-expression. Maria shares her personal journey of trying different creative identities before discovering a space that honored all aspects of herself, revealing the path from performing for others to creating from your true essence.
- Why meeting yourself in the creative process is both challenging and liberating. You'll discover what happens when you encounter the conditioning, judgments, and fears that arise in creative work, and how these voices ultimately hold no power against your innate creative light.
- The difference between capturing images and experiencing them through your creative process. Learn how intuitive painting allows you to express life through the brush rather than telling the brush what to create, opening up endless possibilities for authentic imagery.
You'll be guided by Maria in three practical exercises to bypass mental blocks and access your creative flow. Maria guides you through simple, accessible practices that reconnect your hand to your heart and body, helping you trust your impulses and quiet the controlling mind.
