About the session
• How to reconnect with your body to dissolve creative blocks. Through meditation and embodied practices, you'll discover how to move from judgment mind into a grounded, integrated state that allows authentic creative expression to flow.
• Why the inner critic actually keeps you small and fragmented. You'll understand the paradox that trying harder through self-criticism produces worse work, while trusting yourself through relaxation and presence unlocks your best creative flow.
• The practice of returning as a foundation for creative resilience. Just like meditation, you'll learn how building the capacity to come back again and again—to your breath, your body, and your creative practice—strengthens your ability to show up consistently.
• How to access the "bigger self" in your art-making. You'll explore how bringing together awareness, mind, and body creates a connection to something larger than yourself, transforming your creative work from personal expression into spiritual practice.
Nadia will guide you in a practical meditation and writing process for immediate creative breakthroughs. You'll experience how structured microbursts of creativity—combining meditation, poetry, and prompts—can produce surprising results in just 10-15 minutes.
