Wednesday Guided Meditation

We’ll move through the basics of meditation and touch on various practices such as Tonglen (receiving & radiating with the breath) and Metta (lovingkindness meditation) and somatic meditations. No experience necessary. Each class is stand alone so you can come every week or whenever it fits in your schedule.

5 to 5:15pm   – Check in (Share your name and location and a bit about how you’re doing and your experience with meditation.)
5:15 to 5:45pm or so – Guided Meditation 
5:45 to 6pm   – Questions, Comments, Conclusions
